EXCHANGE, RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICIES
EXCHANGES
The product may be exchanged up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date the client receives the product (it is the customer’s responsibility to notify TUAessence of the product’s arrival). The piece must still be labeled and with the hygienic protector in place, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Both the shipment charges to return the original product and those for the new piece are at the customer’s expense (except in case of manufacturing defect, when TUAessence is responsible for shipment charges). In the case that there are no other piece(s) in stock for which the customer wishes to exchange, there’s the option that the amount paid (excluding shipment and any additional fees and/or charges) is credited to the next collection.
RETURNS
The customer has up to 07 (seven) calendar days from the date the product is received to cancel the purchase and return the piece(s). In this case, the value of the product will be refunded (excluding the cost of shipment and any additional fees and/or charges, except in case of manufacturing defect, when TUAessence is responsible for shipment charges) after it has been returned with labels and hygienic protector intact, and without any signs of use, wear or damage.
DELIVERY
Delivery typically takes place within the time frames estimated by the Brazilian Post Office. (ATTENTION: There may be changes and/or delays depending on the Customs Policy of each country receiving the shipment, including respective Import taxes. TUAessence does not take responsibility for any delays and/or Import taxes to be paid by customers nor for any eventual misdirection that may result in delivery failure). Once the product leaves Brazil, the shipment tracking becomes the customer's responsibility as well as to notify TUAessence of the product’s arrival.
